Chief Creative Officer
As the creative force behind the Team, KB oversees all aspects of Creative Services — strategy, concept and execution of traditional, interactive and social media. As both Agency owner and consultant, KB has worked with a diverse range of clients from professional NBA and NFL athletes to tourism giant Walt Disney Company.
KB is credited for:
- Managing Creative Services’ programming teams in the development of over 4,000 websites
- Being the innovator for award-winning marketing and media advertising campaigns
- Directing the creative for design of interactive tourism centers, amusement park attractions, and trend-setting international retail concepts.
On the personal side, KB gravitates toward the beach, dancing with her husband, loving on her two children, and playing with the family’s two dogs, Bentley and Ms. Ellie and Coooper and Lille, the cats.
3 ED NAILOR
Interactive Director
Coffee enthusiast and motorcycle rider, Ed is a savvy coding expert and systems administration specialist. He oversees all web and software projects from concept to completion with the highest of standards in secure, reliable, and responsive coding. Ed is an expert with WordPress and has been asked to speak at WordPress conferences.
Ed has worked alongside KB for over 15 years. In his senior management role, he oversees the programming team, and the hosting tech staff at BIG HEAD while keeping his competent eye on web and security technologies.
Ed demonstrates his knowledge of code with a love for technology and an intellect for logic. “Ask Ed” is common to hear whenever thereʼs a high-level programming or hosting questions from our clients.
4 MICHAEL BUTLER
Executive Editor & Podcaster
As Executive Editor, Michael manages the copywriting, editing and proofing team for Creative Services. He oversees the creation of the written word and provides insight for the creative team to ensure brand messaging with maximum impact.
An expert on nuclear communications, Mike hosts a weekly podcast show – Gone Fission Nuclear News – a top 100 podcast show in the Apple Business News category.
His credentials include founder and former owner of one of the largest public relations firms in Tennessee; consultant to the U.S. Secretary of Energy; chief speechwriter for Phillips Petroleum; and Practitioner of the Year in the Public Relations Society of America. Michael is highly qualified as a corporate messaging and communications expert. Under his leadership, our copywriters tell the client’s story in a clear, compelling way — whether it’s for branding, corporate communications, online marketing or advertising.

By day, Brandon is a top-tier web developer; by night, he transforms into a professional musician, captivating audiences with his mastery of the trumpet. With a long term residency in New Orleans, he brings the same passion and artistry to Creative Services as a programming specialist.
Brandon’s exceptional collaboration skills shine through in every project, ensuring seamless teamwork with clients and colleagues alike. His commitment to delivering high-quality websites—paired with his “can-do” attitude—means he never backs down from a challenge. Senior Art Director
Blake is the driving force behind the creative energy of our Creative Services team. With deep expertise in branding, marketing, and a pulse on the latest interactive and social trends, he delivers innovative strategies and forward-thinking design initiatives to both our team and our clients. Blake’s leadership ensures brand consistency across all interactive and print design projects, empowering his team to achieve exceptional results.
Outside the office, Blake enjoys life with his wife and daughter. Known for his culinary prowess, he crafts smoked beef and turkey dishes that are as impressive as his design work.
